Alignment-based focus: we will review poses in an instructional format which addresses your specific anatomy and optimal alignment in a series of asanas suited to your existing and aspiring level.
Flow focus: we will flow non-stop from start to finish as in a group class format - without the group, using sequences that challenge you at your existing level - from beginner to advanced.
Restorative Yoga: In need of deep relaxation with gentle opening of the body? This the ultimate safe zone to release and let go. Using supports and props to aid the journey into bliss, we will selectively ease through a handful of classic Restorative Yoga poses that allow you to completely restore.
Yin Yoga: Specifically designed to exercise the ligaments and to regain space and strength in the joints, this practice is done at a slower pace with longer holds and is designed to take you out of your comfort zone and into the deeper connective tissues of the body.
Yoga Nidra: Having trouble sleeping? Anxiety and stress keeping you from resting? Nidra means sleep in Sanskrit and Yoga Nidra is a practice designed to allow the body to enter a deep state of relaxation. It is a powerful meditation technique practiced lying down in savasana that induces a state between being awake and being asleep.
