Realize deeply that the present moment is all you ever have.
— Echkart Tolle
A modern, integrative approach
Individuals, couples and relationships get stuck. Some times we get stuck in the past, at other times we get stuck worrying about the future. When we feel stuck, we get angry, anxious, agitated, sad and hopeless. Moving through these difficult feelings and challenging times to get unstuck is where our work begins. My clinical approach moves between insight-focused and behaviorally-focused techniques in the here and now. Through engaged and dynamic dialogue we will cultivate awareness that informs the new choices and actions that can lead to meaningful change.
From psychotherapy to sex therapy to meditation to yoga, Nú Body & Mind aims to bring you into a present-moment mindset and lifestyle.
“My goal is to take all of my experience, all of the work across these different realms of mind and body, and offer a comprehensive, holistic approach to healing and wellness.”
